·        In the Log in field, enter your iNDEMAND email address.

·        Click “Next”.

·        Confirm the second line says “Domain”.

·        Enter your iNDEMAND password.

·        Click “Log In”.

·        You should now see a list of messages being held by the spam filter.

Releasing messages from the spam filter

·        If you find a legitimate message caught by the spam filter, click on the message.

·        A preview of the message will appear in the panel to the right.  At the top of that panel, click on the thumbs up icon.

·        You are given three options when releasing a message.

1.     Release Message: The message is released from the spam filter and is delivered to your Inbox.  The spam filter may still hold future emails from this sender.

2.     Release Message and Permit Address: The message is released from spam, delivered to your Inbox, and the sender’s email address is added to your whitelist.  Future messages sent from this sender will now automatically bypass the spam filter.  Example: onlyjoe@comcast.com

3.     Release Message and Permit Domain: The message is released from spam, delivered to your Inbox, and the sender’s email domain is added to your whitelist.  Future messages sent from any address in this domain will now bypass the spam filter.  Example: everyone@comcast.com

Rejecting messages in the spam filter

·        When you find an unwanted message in the spam filter, you have three similar options if you wish to reject or block it.

·        Click on the thumbs down icon.

1.     Reject Message: The message is marked as rejected and a notification is sent to the sender.  The spam filter may still hold future emails from this sender.

2.     Reject Message and Block Address: The message is rejected, a notification is sent to the sender, and the sender’s email address is added to your blacklist.  Future messages sent from this sender will now automatically be rejected.  Example: onlyjane@spammer.com

3.     Reject Message and Block Domain: The message is rejected, a notification is sent to the sender, and the sender’s email domain is added to your blacklist.  Future messages sent from any address in this domain will now automatically be rejected.  Example: everyone@spammer.com
