Mimecast Spam Filter Mobile App Installation

Installing the Mobile App on an IOS device

·        On your device, tap and open the App Store.

·        Tap on the Search icon at the bottom.

·        In the search bar, type “Mimecast”.

·        In the search results, tap Get on the Mimecast Mobile app.

·        Tap on the Install button.

·        Enter your Apple ID password and tap Sign In.

·        When the app finishes installing, tap OPEN.

·        Tap Get Started.


·        Enter your email address and tap Next.

·        Enter your password.  Confirm Domain Authentication is checked and tap Next.

·        You will be prompted to enter a new passcode before using the Mimecast app.  This passcode is used to open the Mimecast app.

·        Tap OK to allow Mimecast to access your contacts.

·        Read the Welcome information pages or tap Skip.

·        Once the setup is complete, you will see a list of messages held by the spam filter.
